End to end application re-design
Pain points were identified through customer research and application reviews. From the research key themes became clearly evident and an affinity map was created.
Various tools were used to further understand the users and assist in the re-design. Personas, empathy maps and customer journey maps were created to further highlight pain points and where these arise. A detailed user flow was thoughtfully considered.
Lo-fidelity wireframes were created to commence prototype create and evaluate basic UX design.
Continual improvement of UX through usablity testing.
Application re-design ensured UI was consistent with iOS design systems and all design choices complied with accessibility standards.
